Determine and Manage strict timelines and quality delivery in a multi-vendor environment with Nokia Siemens Networks
Establish systemic process for the supervision of installation of new Network Devices with future capacity plan
Track Deployment and Colo Upgrades as a part of Program Management Support to Network Operations
LOGISTICS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENTEstablish departmental process to align to PMI process for all projects and enforce strict adherence.
Ensure Management of CWIP( Capital work in Progress) to deliver on equipments not be obsolete in warehousing.
REGULATORY AND STATUTORY COMPLIANCE
Ensure all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance is adequate and readily available
Ensure all statutory permissions required for deployment have been approved and documented.
PARTNER AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENTProvide support and Ensure effective process of Partner management of Service Provide and Infrastructure vendors. Establish procedure for Improving rollout and maintenance vendor and subcontractor performance to ensure regular follow-up and objective measurements.
Developing a win-win relationship by setting common goals and objectives.
Ensure and monitor timely release of site request( SR) and Service Order with Tower Company and SP
Provide platform for seamless sharing of sites with other Tower Company for effective and speedy deployment.
Review site sharing activities with the telecom vendors and ensure that all the sites are inside the rental brackets and required permitting (environmental etc) are secured in time to avoid project delays
Partner with Supply Chain Management Team and Validate the requests and raise the purchase of new hardware based on standards.
Ensure and coordinate various activities with Supply Chain Management for Warehousing & Dispatching of network element to specific locations.
Track and Follow-up on material delivery for the network rollout (Local & imported)

The Demand Generation Advisor will provide technical vision, leadership and guidance to the behavior change communication program activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following:
Provide direction and supervision in all aspects of Behavior Change Communication (BCC) strategy development, implementation and evaluation for project BCC activities including urban communication initiatives, mass media, health provider interpersonal communication, community mobilization, materials development for family planning/birth spacing knowledge, awareness, use and demand for contraceptive methods:
Liaise with NURH field to oversee the development and coordination of demand generation and BCC activities;
Work with NURH partner and staff to help foster community engagement and participation through the development of community mobilization approaches and necessary Interpersonal Communication and Counseling (IPCC) strategies that are specific for urban settings;
Use research data and information to inform programmatic directions and decision making;
Provide proactive program management to ensure timely compliance with project milestones;
Collaborate with NURH partners and liaise with the key stakeholders to exchange bect BCC practices for family planning and harmonization of activities;
Represent the NURH Project in technical working group meetings;
Write reports and document success stories relating to the project interventions; and
Perform other related duties as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
Flexibility to travel throughout Nigeria and internationally as needed for the project
Strong organizational, interpersonal, leadership and management skills
Solid experience in implementing behavior change communication
Good problem solving and independent thinking skills.

Role Summary:
As part of a highly collaborative group of three Unit Directors, the Unit Director for Africa and the Middle East will guide the “Country Team Approach” – the basic organisational framework for working across units to provide recipients with grant-management supervision and support – across the Global Fund’s portfolio.
The Unit Director reports to the Country Programs Cluster Director who is responsible for providing overall leadership & strategic direction to the Global Fund’s country operations.The Unit Director has five direct reports: the Regional Team Leaders for the West Africa, Central Africa, Southern Africa, East Africa & Indian Ocean and Middle East & North Africa Teams.
The Unit Director for Africa and the Middle East will be an experienced manager. S/he will work in a complex and rapidly changing institutional environment to support grant-management processes and systems, monitor signings and disbursements, and assure consistency in the Country Programs Cluster’s administrative system.
Responsibilities:

Administer an improved Grant Management process
• Develop and ensure effective implementation of grant-management processes, tools, and systems to improve the quality and speed of delivery (together with the two other Country Programs Unit Directors, and colleagues in other Clusters);
• Monitor signing and disbursements guaranteeing speed, volume, and quality;
• Facilitate the application of the “Country Team Approach” across teams and portfolios.

Improve accountability

• Develop accountability framework for Team Leaders and teams, and provide leadership to Team Leaders/teams for their performance and delivery;
• Advise the Country Programs Cluster Director on operational and staffing changes required to best adapt the work of Regional Teams.
Improve consistency in the administrative systems used by teams

Role Summary:

The Country Proposals Team within the Global Fund Secretariat is responsible for the management of the diverse group of deliverables arising from the Global Fund’s proposal initiation, technical review, and recommendation for funding processes. The Country Proposals Team is seeking to deliver professional, customer focused, innovative proposal management solutions to a broad range of customers (including, but not limited to applicants, members of the Technical Review Panel, the Global Fund Board and relevant sub-committees, and the Global Fund Secretariat).
Responsibilities:
Proposal Officers are hired on a temporary basis as a “support team” within the Country Proposals Team, to assist with the efficient and effective processing of applications for funding under the Round 11 funding window. Under the overall management of the Manager, Country Proposals team, the Proposal Officers will report to the Senior Program Officer and work on a day to day basis with Program Officers and other Country Proposals Team members.
The team of Proposal Officers fulfills an essential role during the Global Fund’s proposal registration and review process. During a relatively short and intense period of time, the team screens proposals received against eligibility criteria and for completeness, liaises with applicants, and then collates both internal grant management material, and the proposals themselves, for review by the independent Technical Review Panel (TRP). Deliverables are required to be performed under tight deadlines and the Proposal Officers will regularly be engaged in the communication of sensitive information to internal and/or external stakeholders in a professional and confidential manner.
The Proposal Officer will:
- Process a large volume of incoming proposals, including tracking and filing proposals and related information (both electronically and in hard copies according to filing conventions)
- Check proposals for completeness
- Review proposals against the eligibility requirements and present their findings with supporting documentation to the Global Fund’s internal Screening Review Panel (SRP)
- Correspond with applicants to obtain clarifications on proposals received
- Compile/enter relevant information contained in proposals into a database/spreadsheets (including, programmatic and budget information, data and qualitative information regarding applicant’s compliance with eligibility requirements)
- Take ownership for preparation of all relevant documentation for the Screening Review Panel and the Technical Review Panel in a comprehensive manner, including compiling proposal documentation, background information and details on past performance of existing grants and information received from the technical partners
- Assist in the compilation and analysis of data and documentation to produce reports on proposal trends; and
- Support the Country Proposals Team with specific tasks relevant to the team.
